Aerocom is an eighty year old international company doing business in over 70 countries dedicated exclusively to the design, development and manufacturing of pneumatic tube systems. Aerocom provides the most extensive choices of pneumatic tube systems and stations to meet the needs of our customers, whatever the application or industry may be. With manufacturing in our new state-of-the-art facility, located near Stuttgart, Germany, Aerocom is an innovator in system designs, providing high quality manufacturing from the most simple point-to-point systems to the highly developed computer-operated systems.
Aerocom USA, located near Atlanta, Georgia, provides nationwide design, sales, installation, and service throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Our full service and experienced design and project management team work to make sure we provide the right system for the application and meet the needs of our customers in a timely manner. We have a network of trained service and installation personnel based throughout North America.

Goals and Objectives
Aerocom's goal is to provide the highest quality pneumatic tube systems, installation, and service for our customers. Our objectives are to listen and understand our customer's needs and meet those needs by providing the right system for the right application with professional design and management of projects to insure quality installation and to provide a network of trained service personnel for aftermarket service. We strive to be versatile and adaptive using the ever growing technology to provide systems with the widest range of user features and reliability.
With one of the newest and largest facilities for the manufacture of pneumatic tube systems in the world, Aerocom is able to meet the needs of our most demanding customers. Our facility is set up for parts production through assembly. We have four in-house software designers to provide both new system development and to provide special software applications when our customers request it. All system components go through a complete testing cycle before they are shipped.
Aerocom has a network of trained service personnel strategically located throughout the United States. Our lead technicians all receive training in Germany. They, in turn, train our technicians here in the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Annually, we bring in all of our technicians for training seminars to update them with the latest developments in our systems and cover diagnostic and repair procedures. We maintain an in-house phone service center that is manned during the work week and on the weekend. We resolve approximately 40% of all service calls by phone fix.
In addition to our company technicians, we have a national network of service contractors to assist during times of heavy service volume. Our goal is to use our company technicians first and to keep the use of outside service contractors to below 20% of total service calls. We track all calls by database and analyze each month the types of calls, response time, and by specific repairs to determine ways we can improve our service or to see trends that need to be addressed.
Aerocom uses American Contractor 2000 as its primary program for managing accounting, estimating, project management, and service. With this program we are able to track all jobs from beginning to end. It provides cost analysis of each job and allows us to invoice as well it also provides all the in-depth accounting functions necessary to manage a business today.
This software also allows a database for the tracking of jobs and of service calls. Aerocom uses CAD to produce all drawings and submittals. Aerocom USA boasts of a sales and marketing department that is second-to-none. Our project management department provides excellent planning and scheduling, as well as hands-on supervision of all projects. And for aftermarket integrity, you can trust Aerocom’s superior service department. In addition to these frontline departments, Aerocom’s comptroller and accounting department contributes to cost effectiveness and time efficiency as they work with our warehouse management and purchasing agents to oversee all inventory purchases, inbound/outbound freight, and all other cost associated with “doing business”.
