System Examples

Single Zone Configuration

AC3000 Single zone configuration
In this system, independant to the stage of operation, at any station a carrier can be stored. Inserted into the station, a carrier will be always transported by the direct way to it's destination. After one sending process has been finished, the next carrier can start. All station- and diverter types can be mixed up in one zone.

Multi Zone Configuration

AC3000 multi zone configuration
In difference to a single zone system, the shown system layout can be divided into various independant working zones. Our system AC 3000 allows, to divide into up to 32 (64) zones. These zones are connected together by a transfer system. Inside this transfer area the carriers are stored in so-called waiting lines. They continue their way immediately, when the receiving zone is free. If the receiving zone is already free (standard case), the carrier continues it's way immediately. Because each zone has it's independant air supply, in each zone a transmission can take place at the same time. Through dividing a system into multi zone configuration, in relation to the number of zones, an increasing amount of carriers can be transported at the same time. Through this, the performance per hour of the complete system will increase tremendously. For example, in the system shown on the left side, 10 carriers can be transported at the same time.

Universal Network of a Multi Zone System

AC3000 – Universal network of a multi zone system
As an additional possibility of extension, the separate zones of a system can be connected by a universal network. This means, that the transfers between separate zones is not only done by the main-transfer-area, but there is the possibility of various interchanges Through this, basically the shortest route is assigned to a carrier. This means again a faster transfer procedure and an additional increase of the system performance.

Microprocessor controls for the fully automatic monitoring and coordination of all functions.

NOTE: Use of a PC is recommended, although not required for the function of a single zone system. However, for the controls of a multi-zone-system, a PC with Pentium II Processor or more advanced is required. The PC includes screen, keyboard and the Aerocom® - software package. This system can be extended up to 32 (64) zones. Features and functions include:

Automatic Empty Carrier Distribution --

To every station, a desired amount of carriers can be programmed via computer. Each received carrier now will be added to this amount, each sent carrier will be deducted. Users with too many carriers can dial a so-called empty carrier destination and put the carrier into the system. CCU automatically distributes the carrier to a station, which is in lack of carriers.

To avoid condense water, the blower can be programmed on a certain sequence. A special program operates the blower from time to time.

This process can be additionally shown on the screen or printed out with date and time.

Secure transaction option. If EWS-Stations or COM-stations are used as endstations, this type can be programmed in a way, that an arrived carrier will stay inside the station. Station can be unlocked by dialling a pin-code at the station keyboard and the carrier drops into the receiving basket. This means, only authorised persons can get the arrived carriers and their contents. yes yes yes
Automatic carrier re-direct. If a certain place of the system has to send carriers above-average, it takes too long, to dial the destination number and store the carrier for every sending process. Therefore each carrier will be equipped with a transponder, which carries the „home-address" of the carrier. Through this, the carriers have only to be put into a storage device, which reads the addresses and distributes the carriers automatically to their home addresses. yes yes yes
